Steve has over 40 years of business aviation and charter aircraft management experience. He has served as President, CEO, Director of Operations, and Chief Pilot on several Standard (10 or More, Worldwide Ops Spec) Part 135 Certificates. His entrepreneurial background is extraordinarily diverse. In addition to business aviation and commercial real estate, Steve founded his retail business in 1974, and ultimately scaled it to include over 30 locations throughout the United States, with over 400 employees. This rare and unique blend of business and aviation experience is responsible for his proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies that foster our client's success. Steve holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with several jet type ratings, and he has been a Twin Cessna owner and mentor pilot since 1983. He acquired his present aircraft, a 1982 RAM IV Cessna 414AW, in 1999.

With an extensive background in aviation, Joe ensures that Chancellor Aviation's Twin Cessna and Embraer acquisition services exceed our client's expectations each and every time. His unique ability to see value in airplanes that others simply can't is a product of a lifetime's worth of immersion and experience in general and business aviation. After a successful acquisition, he enjoys assisting owners in developing upgrade and modernization pathways that meet both their needs, and their budget. Joe holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, and is type rated in the Embraer Phenom 300, Learjet 20, 30, 55 series, and the Gulfstream IV. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the 300 and 400 series Twin Cessna. Aside from managing Chancellor Aviation, Joe is also a Teterboro based Gulfstream IV captain.

Specializing in avionics layout and design services, his goal is always to bring our client's vision of their new panel to life.

A New York native, Ezra's passion for aviation spans nearly a lifetime. At Chancellor Aviation, Ezra provides logistical support and structure to just about every aspect of an aircraft acquisition, especially at the time of delivery. He's also an accomplished Civil Air Patrol officer, volunteer firefighter, 911 dispatcher, and emergency medical technician.
